The delegation of Azerbaijan led by Minister of Emergencies Kamaladdin Heydarov arrived October 26 on a two-day official visit to Ukraine.
Mr. Heydarov will negotiate with the Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yanukovich, Vice Premier Andrey Kluyev, as well as visit the Azerbaijani Embassy in Kiev. AzerTAg
