President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on appointment of Rovshan Jamshidov as Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Korea.
With president's decree Rovshan Jamshidov received the rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, the President Office's press service told the APA.
