Court of Appeal headed by Judge Rasim Isgenderov considered the appeal against the decision of Nasimi District Court on prolonging former Health Minister Ali Insanov's detention for six months.
The appeal was considered and his detention was prolonged for six months, Toghrul Babayev a lawyer for former Health Minister told the APA. The lawyer also said Insanov has still problems with his health and he is being kept in National Security Ministry investigation ward. Insanov was arrested on October 20 last year and he was charged on mass unrests attempt, seize and hold the power by force carry a gun illegally.
