The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with support of the Council of Europe in the frame of presidency of Russia in Ministerial Committee of this structure organize the Conference. In conference attended by 46 states of Europe, takes part the delegation of Azerbaijan headed by Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov and Interior Minister Ramil Usubov.

The conference will discuss questions of efficiency of functioning of the European conventions on legal cooperation in criminal cases, modernization of mechanisms of extradition and mutual aid, and other questions of application of the convention. The basic attention will be given to the question of development of the European convention on combat against terrorism and discussion of the European documents on global security.
