"This shows once more that the arguments against the creation of this Organization are invalid and baseless," the newly established organization Azerbaijan department chairwoman Zamina Dunyamaliyeva told APA.

She said they will hold a press conference on Nov.16.

She also said it is rumor that those dissatisfied with the activities of the ADP will join this organization.

"We don't have such an aim. This organization, being an international one, will bring together people irrespective of their political background. The conference for the conversion to an international organization will take place in January, 2007 in Germany," she said.
