Criminal case was launched against former US Defense Minister Donald Rumsfeld in the Federal Prosecutor's Office in Karlsruhe, Germany.
11 people kept in Abu-Ghraib jail and one person kept in Guantanamo jail appealed to College of Barristers against former minister. The college of Barristers sent the appeals to the Prosecutor's office. Rumsfeld is accused of torturing 12 people. The plaintiffs stated that they were kept hungry and sleepless and underwent to sexual assaults, APA reports.
