Azerbaijani Consul General Hasan Zeynalov take part in the holiday ceremony held on the occasion of Salvation Day of Igdir city, Turkey, Azerbaijani Consul in Kars told.
The Consul General was awarded special prize by Saim Saffet Karahisarli, governor-general of Igdir for his services in the development of the relations between the two countries. The chief of Igdir Municipality Nureddin Araz talked about the genocides in Igdir and Khojali committed by Armenians. The artists from Nakhchivan also took part in the ceremony, APA reports.
