The issue of South Caucasus stability pact will not be discussed in the winter session of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe.

Azerbaijani delegation member in PACE, Ganira Pashayeva told the APA that Azerbaijan and Georgia did not accept current variant. "The cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia is not possible unless Nagorno Kharabakh conflict is solved. But the discussions include the establishment of cooperation as well as peace negotiations," she said.

The position of Azerbaijani delegation is that, Armenia must leave occupied territories.
