The conference of Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee of the PACE will be held Dec 18 in Paris.
Azerbaijani parliamentarian Rafael Huseynov will participate in the conference. The USA and international law, the situation of human rights and democracy in Europe, the situation of residents in some sovereign regions of UK, legal measures against the exploitation of child labor and other forms of violence, Montenegro's membership to the Council of Europe and other issues are on the agenda, APA reports.
