Peter Semnebi, special representative of the EU for South Caucasus, will discuss the referendum in Nagorno Karabakh during his visit to Armenia.
Semnebi told APA that European Union supports active integration of South Caucasus countries to the organization. "It depends on wills of the countries," he said.
