Spanish Foreign Minister, OSCE new chairman Miguel Angel Moratinos and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today discussed Nagorno Karabakh problem within the framework of discussions of GUAM frozen conflicts.
They discussed the last stage of negotiations on Armenian and Azerbaijani conflict and the ways of the settlement of the conflict. Besides the relations between Russia and Spain, economic partnership relations in CIS region were discussed, APA reported.
