The project will be implemented under the leadership of International Crisis Group new director for the Caucasus Magdalena Fricheva. ICG will also draw up a report on South Ossetia, representative of ICG in Baku Vugar Gojayev told the APA.

Magdalena Fricheva had been Political Affairs counsellor in OSCE Office in Georgia. She will take up her duties on March 1.

Fricheva will visit Azerbaijan in April.
