The bill for the recognition of the Khojali genocide of 15 years ago has been submitted to the Turkish Parliament.
MP Ersoy Bulud worked out the bill which envisages declaration of February 26 as Commemoration Day of Khojali genocide. The document recognizes the massacre of 613 civilians by Armenian forces in Khojali on February 26, 1992 as genocide, APA's Turkish bureau reports.
