"Former Health Minister Ali Insanov were examined several times in the detention place of National Security Ministry. The examinations established that he does not need in-patient treatment," Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service chief Nazim Alekberov said.
He said that Insanov can be treated in cell. Ali Insanov appealed to Justice Ministry for transferring him to medical centre in Boyuk Shor in connection with his health problems, APA reports.
