U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Fried met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Grigori Karasin.
They debated on the U.S.-Russia relations and settlement of the conflicts in the South Caucasus. Daniel Fried is accompanying the U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice who is on visit in Moscow. APA
