Azerbaijani delegation is comprised of Deputy Foreign Minister and representatives of several Ministries, APA reports.

Though the bilateral security talks between Azerbaijan and US were scheduled to April 23-25, Azerbaijan postponed the high-level visit because of the language of the initial 2006 State Department Country Reports on Human Rights Practices which was contrary to Azerbaijan.
