Five opposition parties- Musavat, Party of National Independence of Azerbaijan, Terregi, Democratic Party of Azerbaijan and public forum "In the name of Azerbaijan"- plan to hold another meeting in February.

According to Ali Orudjev, spokesman for the Party of National Independence of Azerbaijan, the next meeting of the leaders will be held in the office of the Musavat party.

"We have achieved a certain agreement, according to which, the parties meet on a definite day. Presidential elections will be a focus of the next meeting. The five parties have worked out a definite plan of actions, which they plan to execute", Orudjev said.

Asked whether the parties plan to create any official association or a unit, Orudjev said the talks are currently held between the parties.

"They have not yet adopted a certain decision, but the appearance of a new association in the near future is not ruled out. Opposition must unite on the elections to achieve success", the spokesman noted.
