The presidents of Turkey and Palestine cancelled their meetings on Jan. 6 due to a health problem.
Turkey's President Abdullah Gul was scheduled to meet his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas, who is actually visiting Turkey.
However, Gul's tete-a-tete meeting and joint press conference with Abbas were cancelled as Gul suffered from cold.
Gul and Abbas will meet over dinner.
Meanwhile, Gul hosted Wednesday a luncheon for Turkey's ambassadors who convened in the capital Ankara for a conference.
The meeting was closed to press.
