Georgia's Fair Elections NGO will stay in Ukraine to observe the presidential runoff, in which Yulia Timoshenko and Viktor Yanukovich will run for the president.

Despite the appeal of Georgian president to return to Georgia for avoiding more scandals at the next round of the vote, the Fair Elections defines that they are non-governmental, impartial organization without the membership of any political party, which will monitor the vote within the ENEMO [European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations].

The head of the organization says that they have taken obligations towards the ENEMO and therefore, they will not risk failing the fulfilment of these obligations.

The NGO members have the accreditation of Ukraine's Election Administration.
