19 February 2010 [16:34] - Today.Az
Turkish Justice Minister Sadullah Ergin said on Friday that it was at the discretion of the judicial authorities to remove the ban on access to "YouTube".
Responding to a question regarding the ban on access to video sharing website "YouTube", Ergin said the website could be opened again in case judicial authorities lifted the ban.
Ergin said access to "YouTube" was banned upon a decision of the Ankara 1st Penal Court of Peace on May 5, 2008 on charges of opposing to the Law on Crimes Against Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
