Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos will arrive in Armenia in early March within the framework of his regional visit, diplomatic sources said.
The precise date of the visit is not reported, however according to the information, Maratinos might visit Armenia on March 1.
Starting January 1, 2010 Spain assumed the presidency of the Council of European Union.
This is Spain's fourth presidency over 20 years of its membership.
