Azerbaijan and Iran prepare for shooting a joint film "Countdown".
Screenplay is written by Chingiz Abdullayev, director - Enver Abluj, executive director of the film project Eyyub Daneshvar said.
He said that a contract was signed with two Iranian actors - leading actor Muhammedrza Fruten and Humayun Irshadi. Two famous Azerbaijani actors - Rasim Balayev and Fuad Poladov will also star in the film.
About 8 or 9 actors from Iran and Azerbaijan will be chosen for shooting. Discussions in this regard continue.
The movie "Countdown" is set to be a crime/detective drama.
"Shooting will begin in Tehran in late April. It will take place in ports of Migon and Anzali and be completed in Baku", Daneshvar said.
