The minister of foreign affairs of Slovenia will pay a working visit to Turkey on Thursday, Turkey's Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

A ministry statement said Slovenia's Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar would be the guest of Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu during his visit to Turkey.

Zbogar will have meetings with Davutoglu, and Murat Mercan, the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Turkish Parliament.

Turkey's President Abdullah Gul is also expected to receive the Slovenian foreign minister.

Zbogar will discuss bilateral relations, and regional and international issues concerning the two countries, particularly the Balkans, with Turkish executives.
