An artillery shell was found in Baku's Khatai district, Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's Web site reported on Thursday.
The shell was found in the basement of administrative building.
Rescue team and experts of the ministry arrived at the scene and took all the necessary precautions.
The found unit was 100-mm training artillery round.
