The Cabinet of Ministers declared date of holidays in 2016 in Azerbaijan.

According to the decision, March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 are the days of Novruz holiday, 6, 7 July are the days of Ramazan holiday, 12 and 13 September are Gurban holiday days.

According to the legislation, these days will be considered as non-working days in Azerbaijan.

According to the Labor Code, as 20 March falls on Sunday next year, non-working and working days will be replaced. So 25 March will also be non-working day. As March 26 and 27 fall on Saturday and Sunday, March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 will be non-working days.
