Azerbaijani Anti-Torture Committee Chief Elchin Behbudov plans to appeal President Ilham Aliyev to commute imprisonment of ex-ministers, Health Minister Ali Insanov and Economic Development Minister Farhad Aliyev, to house arrest.
Mr. Behbudov told that appeal also read that treatment of ex-ministers in Detention Place Hospital was dangerous for their health.
Behbudov requested the President to help treatment of ex-ministers in Central Clinic Hospital. The appeal will be sent to the President May 5, APA reports.
