The ministry told APA that Mr. Heydarov said that celebration of Victory day is linked to nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev. "Victory Day was re-marked as a holiday after Heydar Aliyev’s return to the hoes of the government."

The minister also said that the main aim of the newly-established ministry is to secure citizens' living, working and resting.
