The Head of State pointed out that the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil and Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipelines will start operating this year. He noted that now, when energy security issues have been brought to the forefront, the pipelines will be of not only a regional but also a global importance.
