The weather has changed on the night of January 28-29 in northern regions, it began to snow.
The snowfall is 40sm in the remotest village of the region Khinalig. The transport in Guba-Khinalig highway is limited, Guba Executive Power told the APA Northern bureau. Strong wind left some settlements without electricity. The villages Tulekaran, Alpan of Guba, the village Shirvanovka of Gusar, villages Yalama and Nabran of Khachmaz remained without electricity for several hours. Electricity supply was restored in the morning.
