Draughts Federation vice-president Ibrahim Ismayilov told APA-Sport that though Master Farhad Huseynov was expected to join rating competition, he was not allowed because he is a member of Defense Ministry military orchestra.

Vice-president noted that the ministry didn't answer to the letter by Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov.

Farhad Huseynov plays clarnet in the military orchestra. He earned the name 'master' after winning Azerbaijani championship.
