Today trial on case of former Health Minister Ali Insanov and ten more defendants accused of embezzlement, abuse of power and bribery continued in the second part of the day at Azerbaijan's Court of Grave Crimes.

The sitting is presided over by Judge Faig Gasimov, APA reports.

The witness Ahmad Valiyev said that he had no information about privatization of the establishments under the Health Ministry in Alizadeh Street.

According to the witness, he did not get any income from sales of those establishments.

Another witness Saida Veliyeva, Ali Insanov's assistant Imran Veliyev's wife, said they also did not have any information about the privatization of the establishments. Ali Insanov said that it was the territory of the canteen of the Lungs Diseases Institute. The ex-Minister said Imran Valiyev asked to privatize the establishment on behalf of him.

But Imran Valiyev noted Ali Insanov asked him to help to privatize the canteen of the institute on behalf of one of his relatives.
 
After the testimonies of the witnesses Ali Insanov solicited and asked to announce confrontation protocol between Imran and him. The solicitation was allowed and the protocol was announced.

The trial will be continued on March 9.
