The chief of the State Committee against Tortures Elchin Behbudov will monitor Gobustan jail in a few days.
The monitoring is aimed at investigating murder case happened in jail on Monday. "I am concerned over this incident. That is why I want to investigate the case thoroughly," right-defender told the APA. Prisoners Tarlan Aliyev and Isa Aliyev killed Bayram Rahimov. The investigation is under way.
