Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) found one mortar shell in the village of Gazakhlar of Fuzuli region.
The village resident, 15-year old Ulvi Safarov found it and notified the agency's regional base, ANAMA main office told the APA. The shell was found at the window of the house burnt by Armenians and neutralized.
