The date of the preliminary court proceeding on case of former chief of Terter Education Department Fazil Museyibov ahs been fixed to April 25.
The trial will be presided by Tofig Pashayev, judge of the Court of Grave Crimes, the court told the APA. The criminal launched on Fazil Museyibov was investigated in the investigation department of General Prosecutor's Office. He faced charges on Article 312 (bribery) of the Criminal Code. Fazil MUseyibov was sentenced to three-month imprisonment.
