Anti-corruption Legal Advocacy Centers (ALAC) help victims report corruption cases and receive legal advice on their rights. These centers also offer professional legal support to citizens to help them file and pursue complaints, provide support to authorities to strengthen their capacity to process complaints. Though anti-corruption centers do not carry out investigation they present statistic figures to OSCE Office in Baku. And the Office determines the body of which most complaints are made by citizens.
