The scheduled march of journalists on the route from "Azerbaijan" editorial Office to the grave of Elmar Huseynov, assassinated editor-in-chief of "Monitor" journal, on the World Press Freedom Day on May 3 has been postponed.
The chief editor of Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper Shavalad Chobanoghlu said the decision of postponement is due to technical reasons. "As we have set other arrangements for that day less time is left for the preparation of the march. So, we decided that media representatives should visit Elmar Huseynov's grave directly," he said. The visit to the grave of Elmar Huseynov will start at 13.00. Public debate on the Freedom of Press will be held after that. Politicians, NGO representatives, embassies representatives, journalists will attend the debate. APA
