Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev spoke about Heydar Aliyev's activities for modern Azerbaijani statehood, APA reports.

Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov noted that early 90s were hard times for Azerbaijan just gained its independence. Heydar Aliyev played great role in the solution of problems of Azerbaijani statehood.

Agriculture Minister Ismet Abbasov, Health Minister Ogtay Shireliyev, Energy Minister Natig Aliyev and Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova said that Heydar Aliyev's returning caused the people's revival.
