"No problem in my testifying in ex-Economic Development Minister Ferhad Aliyev's trial," Prosecutor general Zakir Garalov said.
Prosecutor general said that every citizen has to be countable to justice, APA reports. "If the court passes decision, we can give testimony," he said. The prosecutor general also commented on Ferhad Aliyev’s statement "I was demanded $ 100mln. during the investigation". Mr. Garalov said that people are enough reported about the investigation materials. "I do not want to take a stance on his statements. As his trail continues, it can have a negative influence on the process. Neither Ferhad Aliyev, nor his lawyers should make illegal statements. Those who are interested can ask questions in the court and get answers. All matters will be investigated in the trial," he said.
