The Terter resident Anar Aliyev, taken hostage by Armenians on August 2, has been delivered to Azerbaijan today.
Armenian side mediated by the Red Cross has delivered Anar Aliyev to Azerbaijan near the Bash Gervend village of Agdam.
According to the information, A.Aliyev is a mental patient.
