A court hearing on the appeal of Said Dadashbeyli and 14 persons against the decision of the Court of Grave Crimes finished in the Baku Appellate Court chaired by judge Ali Seyfaliyev.
The due announcement was made by S.Dadashbeyli's defender Elchin Gambarov.
Gambarov petitioned for Dadashbeyli's acquittal in case his defendant pays a compensation in the amount of AZN 100,000 to the victim.
Thus, the court passed a decision to return the accused to Bailovo investigation ward No 1.
By a resolution of the Baku Appellate Court, the first instance verdict was upheld.
It should be reminded that the court of grave crimes sentenced Said Dadashbeyli to 14 years imprisonment with a detainment in standard regime penal colony.
The remaining members-Farid Agayev, Rasim Kerimov, Beybala Guliyev, Samir Godjayev-were sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment, Rashad Ismaylov, Emin Mekhbaliyev, Mikail Idrisov to 12 years of imprisonment, Mubariz Suleymanov to 9 years of imprisonment, Faik Ismaylov to 6 years of imprisonment, Zaur Orudjev to 2 years of imprisonment and Fatulla Babirov to 3.5 years of imprisonment.
