The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has introduced amendments and alterations to the rules of prolongation of the term of visa, issued to foreigners and stateless persons for the regulation of the work of the State Migration Service.
A source from the Cabinet of Ministers told APA that in line with the amendments and alterations, the term of visa is prolonged by the Foreign Ministry by decision of the State Migration Service. Foreigners and stateless persons should apply to the State Migration Service seven days before the term of visa expires.
Moreover, the amendments and alterations reflected a list of documents, presented to the State Migration Service and registration procedures.
In this connection technical changes have been introduced to a number of legislative acts as well.
