"The results of the poll, held among Day.Az readers precisely reflect the real state of affairs in the sphere of assessment of work of local mobile operators of the situation.
Indeed, there is a great number of citizens of our country who complain about the functioning of the biggest mobile operator Azercell", said head of the Multimedia Center of Information Systems and Technologies Osman Gunduz commenting on the results of Day.Az poll regarding functioning of mobile operators, according to which 45% of respondents are malcontent with functioning of Azercell.
He said the quality of Azercell's services leave much to be desired.
"Moreover, the experts have repeatedly noted that failure in Azercell activity is observed in force majeure conditions and it becomes impossible to use the services of this mobile operator in such conditions, while another local mobile operator Bakcell copes with its tasks in force majeure conditions more successfully", announced Gunduz.
Moreover, He said one of the reasons of dissatisfaction with the work of Azercell are high prices on such kind of services as mobile Internet.
"Alongside with terrible quality and law speed of the said service, Azercell has set too high prices for it. It seems that all these shortcomings in Azercell's activity has led to such a high number of discontended with its functioning", concluded Gunduz.
It should be reminded that in line with the results of the poll, held among Day.Az readers, 45% of respondents voiced malcontent with Azercell's functioning.
