The State Philharmonics of Azerbaijan and Lithuania will sign an agreement on cooperation, said Lithuanian ambassador to Azerbaijan Kastutis Kudzmanas.
He noted that the agreement signing ceremony will be held in Baku on September 18.
According to the ambassador, the document will be signed between director of the Lithuanian State Philharmonic Ruta Prusyavichene and director general of the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Murad Adigezalzade.
"Cooperation between the philharmonics envisions artistic exchange, joint arrangement of concerts, exchange of performers. It will promote further cooperation of the two countries in the cultural field", said the Lithuanian ambassador to Azerbaijan.
