The Center of Azerbaijani culture has opened in Zarovshan oblast of Uzbekistan, reported the press service for the state committee for work with Azerbaijanis, residing abroad.
It was noted here that the event was attended by representatives of the cultural centers of other people, functioning in this region, as well as chairman of the Association of the centers of Azerbaijani culture Akif Aghatalibov.
In his speech he stressed the role of the cultural centers of peoples, spoke of the aims of such centers as well as their importance in strengthening friendship between peoples.
