The Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations opened its new administrative building on 12 November.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony.
Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov reported to the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces.
The Head of State inspected monument of the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev erected in the vestibule of the Administrative Building, familiarized himself with the photo-stands and the medical station to serve the Ministry’s staff.
Then, the President familiarized himself with the Crisis Management Center specialized in operational-dispatcher services.
As stated, the Center has been provided with electronic map with country’s strategic objects on it. Here, for the first time has been installed a fire prevention system to receive fire signals.
The system, as informed, was manufactured by the US “AES-IntelliNet” Company and is the security system which bases on the “Mesh” networking technology.
President Aliyev was informed on special parameters of the Center with all necessary facilities for the personnel.
Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov expressed gratitude for the conditions provided, the care and attention rendered.
President of Azerbaijan familiarized himself with the update multi-media devices to carry out public awareness activities.
