A terror act has been averted on the Mozdok-Baku pipeline in Dagestan last weekend.
Unknowns stuck an explosive facility at a section of the pipeline 10 kilometers away from Makhachkala.
According to Dagestani Interior Ministry, the "hand made explosive facility of up to 1.5 kg in trotнle equivalent, was revealed during the inspection of the pipeline section.
The mine pickers neutralized the facility and the circumstances are being defined. Search of responsible persons is underway.
