CE Secretary Terry Davis voiced regret with the fact that the Armenian Culture Minister refused participation in the conference of the Ministers of Culture of CE member-states in Baku.
"Thus, they deprived themselves of the chance to have a dialogue with Azerbaijan. The dialogue between the presidents is also important, but there is a need for dialogue between peoples", said Terry Davis at a briefing in Baku, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the two-day conference of the Culture Ministers of the CE states "Intercultural dialogue is a basis of stable development and peace in Europe and neighbor regions".
