Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko sent a letter of condolence to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over human loss as a result of gunman attack to the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
The message reads:
“On behalf of myself and the people of Belarus, I extend my condolences. The news of bloody incident in Baku has been a source of great sorrow to me and my people.
Please, convey my sincere condolences and sympathies to relatives and family members of the dead”.
