President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order to grant one off lump sum payment to the families of each of the dead and injured at the gunman attack at the Azerbaijan Oil Academy on 30 April 2009. According to the Order, families of each dead will receive 30 thousand AZN and the families of the injured – 15 thousand AZN.
