Azerbaijan’s Interior Minister Ramil Usubov made a statement on the tragic incident occurred in the State Oil Academy, APA reports. The Minister said the investigation group continued working.
Ramil Usubov said the investigative body would inform the public about the investigation. “You know that the criminal killed himself. The all-round investigation is being carried out. Investigation is also being carried out in Georgia. Georgian prosecutor’s office and police help us to solve the crime,” he said. The Minister said Farda Gadirov was from Georgia. “He lived there and made preparations there,” he said. Ramil Usubov said the motive of the crime was still being investigated and added “But I can say that he was not a psychologically normal person.” Ramil Usubov said examination had been appointed. Asked whether there was a terror motive in the incident, the Minister said he could not say anything about it yet. “Investigative bodies will give legal assessment to the incident,” he said. /APA/
